26 февраля губернатор Анатолий Артамонов принял участие в заседании архитектурного совета области, сообщает управление по работе со СМИ администрации губернатора области.
Рассматривалась архитектурно-градостроительная концепция застройки территории «Сити-парк» на набережной Яченского водохранилища в Калуге. По замыслам разработчиков её доминирующим центром должен стать многофункциональный гостиничный комплекс с бизнес центром. Парковый ансамбль формирует большой район общественного назначения, включающий бизнес- и спорт- центры, места отдыха, а также гостиничные номера и апарт-отели. Под зданием предполагается разместить подземную парковку на 169 мест.
Говоря о перспективах развития набережной зоны водохранилища, Анатолий Артамонов акцентировал внимание архитекторов на важности комплексного подхода к планировке ее территории с учётом всех высказанных замечаний и предложений. «Перед застройщиком стоит задача реализовать проект за два года», — подчеркнул глава региона.
Одобрение членов совета получил проект строительства канатно-реверсивной дороги в акватории Яченского водохранилища. Работы планируется начать уже в этом году. Данное устройство и установленные на воде трамплины позволят проводить здесь соревнования любого уровня по вейкбордингу и вейксерфу, а также организовать круглогодичный досуг для калужан и гостей города.
Кроме того, на заседании обсуждались планы по строительству административно-учебного корпуса КГУ им. К. Э. Циолковского на ул. Степана Разина в Калуге, а также вопросы создания региональной цифровой базы охраняемых объектов архитектуры.
