19 февраля губернатор Анатолий Артамонов провёл очередное заседание совета по реализации в области приоритетного национального проекта «Доступное и комфортное жилье — гражданам России», сообщает управление по работе со СМИ администрации губернатора области.
Обсуждались итоги работы строительной отрасли региона за прошлый год и планы на 2013 год. Отмечалось, что за указанный период введено 642 тыс. кв.м жилья, из них 303,6 — малоэтажного. С перевыполнением планового задания завершили строительный год в Калуге, Обнинске, Дзержинском, Спас-Деменском, Сухиничском, Жуковском, Малоярославецком районах. Лидером стал Боровский район.
В этом году планируется увеличить объёмы жилищного строительства до 800 тыс. кв.м. Значительно повысить показатели ввода жилья позволят выделенные под эти цели, но ещё не освоенные земельные участки. Так, в перспективе на площади 120 гектаров в микрорайоне «Правобережье» в Калуге компания «Авиакор» наметила сдать в эксплуатацию около 420 тыс. кв.м жилья в расчёте на 30 тыс. жителей. Здесь также будет построено 4 детских сада, школа, поликлиника, физкультурно-оздоровительный и торгово-развлекательный комплексы. В первом квартале 2013 года завершится первая очередь строительства на 170 тыс. кв.м.
В этом же микрорайоне на площади 21 гектар компания «Капитель» планирует за пять лет возвести 267 кв.м жилья, а также два детских сада, школу и поликлинику для 9,5 тыс. калужан.
В связи с динамикой социально-экономического развития территории постепенно решаются вопросы совершенствования систем водоснабжения и водоотведения правобережной части областного центра.
Говоря о перспективах жилищного строительства в регионе, Анатолий Артамонов особо отметил, что сегодня необходимо создавать максимально удобные условия для работы застройщиков. «Вопросы подготовки документации, а также инженерной инфраструктуры к площадкам под строительство должны решаться без инвесторов. Они будут только строить. Надо работать по принципу создания индустриальных парков», — подчеркнул губернатор.
В ходе заседание получила одобрение членов совета концепция возведения в Жуковском районе «Поселка 55+». Учитывая социальную значимость данной проблемы, губернатор поручил профильным ведомствам рассмотреть варианты всесторонней поддержки инвесторов.
В ходе заседания обсуждались возможности применения в регионе современных технологий высококачественных быстровозводимых домов, а также ряд предложений по активизации проектов строительства арендного жилья.
