30 июля губернатор Анатолий Артамонов провел очередное рабочее совещание с членами регионального Правительства и руководителями его структурных подразделений, сообщает управление по работе со СМИ администрации губернатора области.
В ходе заседания речь шла об обеспечении жильём ветеранов войны, нуждающихся в улучшении жилищных условий.
Отмечалось, что в настоящее время численность проживающих в области ветеранов, не обеспеченных жильём, составляет 241 человек. На решение этой проблемы требуется дополнительно более 250 млн руб. Необходимые средства федерального бюджета будут перечислены в область в четвёртом квартале текущего года.
Учитывая социальную значимость обеспечения ветеранов жильём, Анатолий Артамонов поручил соответствующим ведомствам рассмотреть возможность скорейшего решения этого вопроса под гарантийные обязательства области.
На примере некачественного ремонта Малоярославецкой районной больницы рассматривалась проблема эффективности расходования бюджетных средств на мероприятия в этой сфере. Анализируя ситуацию, губернатор обратил особое внимание на необходимость постоянного контроля качества услуг, предоставляемых по государственным и муниципальным контрактам, прежде всего, связанных со строительными и дорожными работами.
Речь также шла о сроках ремонта обнинского подземного перехода. Отмечалось, что данный проект находится в стадии подготовки к реализации, его финансирование будет осуществлено в первом квартале будущего года.
Кроме того, был рассмотрен ряд текущих вопросов, связанных с подготовкой объектов ЖКХ к зиме. Отмечалось, что в настоящее время к отопительному периоду готовы 310 из 519 муниципальных котельных, 68% тепловых сетей и 64% жилого фонда области. Среди отстающих муниципальных районов — Перемышльский, Малоярославецкий, Куйбышевский и Жуковский, а также город Балабаново. Губернатор рекомендовал главам местных администраций активизировать работу по подготовке объектов теплоснабжения и жилого фонда к предстоящему осенне-зимнему периоду, чтобы завершить её в установленные сроки.
